At each Leadership Forum session, as well as through participant profiles, you will have the chance to share your and learn about other leaders’ experiences, and get to know your peers.
Using the platform, you can attend plenaries, small group meetings and/or organise your own 1-to-1 meetings with fellow participants (Fireside Chats).
The following session and meeting formats will take place as part of the event :
- Setting the Scene, plenary sessions, moderated by a facilitator and introducing a particular aspect of leadership, i.e. (i) Self-leadership, (ii) Leading with People, and (iii) Leading with Partners. During these sessions, all participants are encouraged to discuss and share their views.
- Table Talks moderated by a facilitator. Following a plenary session, Table Talks enable participants to engage on more specific topics in smaller groups.
- Fireside Chats, during which participants can schedule 1-to-1 meetings with their fellow leaders to discuss specific leadership issues and challenges of mutual interest. Should they wish, participants can ask one of the Forum’s facilitators to join their conversation. Although Fireside Chats are confidential, organisers can provide interested participants with a set of guiding questions to facilitate discussion. For more info on how to schedule a Fireside Chat, please see the FAQ section.
- Coaching in small groups or individually, facilitated by experienced coaches and available on request by the participants. Find out how to request an individual coaching session in the Registration & Profile section.
- Wellbeing session(s) facilitated by an experienced practitioner to support your self-care and resilience, with the opportunity to have individual follow-up with the wellbeing coach.
As all sessions and meetings are confidential, none of them will be recorded.
