Katarzyna Gardapkhadze former First Deputy Director of the OSCE's Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, is now CEO of the Responsible Leadership Academy. Educated in psychology and a graduate of Stanford University’s Leadership Academy for Development, she is a certified trainer, a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and a 2019 recipient of the Ambassador for Liberty and Peace International Award of Excellence. Katarzyna is an expert in leadership development and organizational change management, with decades of professional experience from inter-governmental organizations and NGOs in Europe, South Caucasus and Central Asia where she supported communities and groups divided by conflict and socio-economic status in building bridges and sustaining common ground.
Debbie Kohner represents ENNHRI, coordinates its activities, and manages its Secretariat. Her main areas of work are strategic engagement with regional human rights mechanisms, supporting the work of ENNHRI’s members and governance bodies, coordinating with GANHRI and ensuring the sustainability of the network. Previously, Debbie worked at a human rights NGO in Belfast. She also practised law in London and Madrid, worked at the UK Parliament, and in New Zealand introduced a reporting system for racist incidents.
Arancha Garcia Del Soto (PhD) teaches and practices human rights and humanitarian work in Mediterranean countries, Colombia and Sri Lanka, implementing protection and psychosocial projects with conflicts' victims. She supports applied work on Forced Migration and Refugee Women Networks. She is affiliated with the Institute of International Humanitarian Affairs (IIHA) of Fordham University in NYC. She has collaborated with EQUITAS- Colombia, working with the families of the disappeared, since its founding in 2004, and is a member of the Board of Advisors on Staff Care for the Jesuit Refugee Service.
Susan Kuepfer is an executive coach and a credentialed member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation), with 15 years of coaching experience. Susan partners with successful people and teams to help them achieve the results they want. With excellent process and functional knowledge at most organization levels, she brings energy and clarity to each engagement with an outcome-oriented focus. Clients working with Susan include international organizations such as the United Nations, the OSCE and its Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights. With Susan’s support, they improve their use of time, become more balanced, more focused, more proactive, and less stressed – all while focusing on and achieving results. Prior to her independent coaching focus, Susan had more than 20 years of multi-cultural leadership experience within the business sector, interacting with people and teams throughout Europe, Africa, Middle East and Russia.
Chris Lee has over 20 years experience in learning and development, having worked in leadership positions for a number of large multinationals, and focusing on this area in his private coaching practice. His knowledge and experience includes organisational design and development as well as talent and performance management. Chris grew up in Africa and settled in the UK after completing his education. He has travelled extensively and currently delivers programmes in Europe, America and Asia. He is positive and energetic and sees the world as full of possibility and opportunity; there is always something to be gained from a situation. He is very perceptive of others, an attribute that is essential for working with people. As a result, he is a great facilitator and coach and his intuition and positive attitude are an inspiration to those he works with. Chris works with diverse organizations, from intergovernmental institutions to businesses, and across all organizational levels; from top management through to first line employees. He also works with Board members, both individually as a coach and collectively as a team, working at strategic level and team development programmes.
