1. Registration | until Friday, 29 October 2021, 12h00 CEST (Brussels Time);
To register, you will receive a private link by email from the organiser (the ENNHRI Secretariat). All European NHRI leaders (one representative per ENNHRI member) must register to take part in the sessions and networking activities.
During registration, you will create a profile of yourself as a leader*. Once registration is completed and your profile has been activated by the organisers (within a week following registration), you will be able to modify it as you wish. You may mark the sessions and meetings that you are interested in attending, and confirm your availability for networking activities (My Agenda).
Creating a clear and concise profile will help you to make the best out of this platform and the Leadership Forum.
*Please note that any information will be shared exclusively with the participants of the Forum. It will not be visible to any external person
2. Set up a profile
During the registration process, you will set up your profile. All profiles will only be accessible to the event’s organisers and other registered participants. If you do not wish your profile to be visible to other participants, send an email to Anastasia.Veroux@ennhri.org
You can change your profile at any time. You can state your areas of activity and the particular leadership challenges you have faced during COVID-19 that you would like to discuss with your peers.
3. Looking for bilateral and confidential exchanges ? Request Fireside Chats!
When all registered participants’ profiles are activated, you will be able to schedule bilateral 1-to-1 meetings within a pre-defined time slot with your peers. These are called Fireside Chats.
To schedule a Fireside Chat, click on the website header “Participants”, search for the person you want to speak with, and request a meeting. Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically – don't forget to check meeting requests you have received from other participants. All your Fireside Chats will be available on header’s right corner “Fireside Chats”.
4. Interested in a professional coaching session? Request a meeting with them.
Besides plenary and small group sessions, ENNHRI’s 2021 NHRI Leadership Forum offers participants the opportunity to have professional coaching sessions. To request a meeting with each of the coaches, please proceed with the following process:
- Go to the event's Agenda
- Click the coaching sessions you are interested in and select the timeslots you are available;
- Search the specific coach in the Participants list
- Schedule a meeting;
All Fireside Chats and professional coaching sessions are confidential and accessible only to you as participants. The organiser (the ENNHRI Secretariat) will not be not involved in any way unless you explicitly request their presence.
5. Join the sessions and add them to your own calendar.
During the Forum, you can access the sessions by going to the Agenda page. To access the sessions you have registered for, go to My Agenda (you must be logged in to see this page).
Once your profile has been activated, you can add your planned Leadership Forum’s sessions to your own calendar (Outlook, Gmail, Microsoft Edge, etc). On the top-right of the Agenda page, click “subscribe to calendar” to do so (please see screenshot/image below).
